APPOINTMENTS

to make appointments, you can call the spa directly at 360-378-9888, or make your appointment in person. a credit card is required to hold your reservation. we suggest you make appointments in advance.

ARRIVAL TIME

please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment. this allows you time to leisurely change into your robe and slippers, enjoy our steam rooms, or relax in the lounge without feeling rushed. service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals.

SPA ATTIRE

spa robe, slippers and personal locker will be provided for your use during your visit. please do not bring valuables to the spa. please disrobe to your comfort level for your treatment. for your privacy, our trained professionals will ensure that you are properly draped throughout your treatment.

GRATUITIES

gratuities are not included with any spa service or gift card. at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by all spa personnel.

CELL PHONES

we understand the desire to keep in touch. however, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. please turn off cell phones upon entering the spa reception area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

as a courtesy to other guests, please notify the spa staff at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment. a 50% service charge will be applied for late cancellations or no shows.
