Roche Harbor is an authentic island village created in 1886 by working families under the direction of John McMillin and the Roche Harbor Limeworks.  The beauty of the area has since attracted visitors and boaters to this island paradise.

Building a community is a long term project and investment, and Roche Harbor has a take-it-slow attitude. Home sites are planned with community in mind - common areas of grassy lawns and wooded trails surround homes that are classic in their placement on smaller lots with walkways in front and neighbors close by.
