Our wine list combines a distinctive collection of West Coast wine with an emphasis on Northwest wines. Awarded the Wine Spectators Award of Excellence in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Our Executive Chef, Bill Shaw, specializes in Northwest cuisine with an emphasis on using the freshest bounty of local shellfish and salmon, as well as island-grown organic vegetables, herbs and greens from farms on San Juan Island and nearby Waldron Island.
Enjoy a lovely dinner of local Spot Prawns and our famous Rock Salt Roasted Prime Rib, as our nightly "Colors Ceremony" welcomes sunset.
