McMillin's Dining Room is our fine dining restaurant located in the former home of John S. McMillin, Roche Harbor Lime & Cement Company Founder.

Our Executive Chef, Bill Shaw, specializes in Northwest cuisine with an emphasis on using the freshest bounty of local shellfish and salmon, as well as island-grown organic vegetables, herbs and greens from farms on San Juan Island and nearby Waldron Island.

Enjoy a lovely dinner of local Spot Prawns and our famous Rock Salt Roasted Prime Rib, as our nightly "Colors Ceremony" welcomes sunset.

 

For Appetizer and Starter dishes choose from a selection including:

Westcott Bay Steam Pot, Dungeness Crab and Artichoke Heart Dip, Maytag Blue Cheese Salad, and Roche Harbor's famous Dungeness Crab Bisque.

Our wine list combines a distinctive collection of West Coast wine with an emphasis on Northwest wines. Awarded the Wine Spectators Award of Excellence in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Colors Ceremony:

While dining, enjoy the best seat in the house for our celebrated "Colors Ceremony," a lowering of the flags, honored by national anthems and a cannon salute, held each eveningthe at sunset during summer. A dining experience to remember!
