Room Reservation Information & Policies

 

For Reservations June through September 2008:

*  All Historic Cottages require a six-night stay.

*  All Condominiums require a three-night stay.

*  All Carriage Houses, Cottages on the Green and Townhouses require a four-night stay.

*  All other units - Hotel de Haro, Quarryman Hall and McMillin Suites - have no minimum stay requirements.

 

2009 Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy

We take a full deposit plus taxes of 9.7% on all reservations.   

Cancellation Policy

Guests must change or cancel a reservation 2 weeks or more before the arrival date to receive 100% refund.

EXCEPT: Guests must change or cancel a reservation on a village house 1 month or more before the arrival date to receive a 100% refund.

 

Minimum-Stay Requirements for July and August 2009

*  Company Town Cottages require a six-night stay.

*  Condominiums and Village Houses require a three-night stay.

*  All other units—Hotel de Haro, Quarryman Hall, and McMillin Suites—have no minimum-stay requirements.  

 

July 4th Holiday Stay Requirements for 2009

*  All units with a kitchen must be reserved for 1 week

*  All other units must be reserved for 4 days

 

 

Travel Protection

For your information, convenience and protection we are offering a link to purchase travel insurance in any dollar amount you wish in the event of emergency.

 

 

Other Information

 

* Roll-away beds are available in the Company Town Cottages only for an additional charge of $15.00 per day.

* Portable cribs are available in any room at no charge.

* Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.

* Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.

* Future reservations can be made up to two years from the date of your call, however, rates are subject to change.

* Only unit types are guaranteed. We reserve the right to move reservations to another unit of the same type.
