November through April is a great time to host your wedding at Roche Harbor! The resort takes on a quiet village feel with the summer crowds gone home…rooms throughout the resort are as much as half their July prices…and nearly all of our amenities are not only open but more available to you and your guests.

 

Ceremony and Reception

During the quiet season we continue to offer our traditional ceremony and reception spaces—the chapel, sunken garden and the pavilion. In addition, though, we feature our popular Madrona Room, a restaurant which you can rent out for your wedding reception, for groups of under 40 people.

Start out the night with a cocktail and appetizer reception, where your guests snack on fine Northwest cheeses and sip local Washington wines. Mingle throughout the restaurant and chat with your guests before you move on to a traditional sit-down or family-style dinner.

Given the more intimate nature of the group, our chefs have the ability to showcase their creative talents with a three-, four- or five-course dinner, served by our experienced McMillin's Dining Room staff. After you cut the cake and toast the night, lounge in the bar talking with old friends and family until late in the evening.

Guest Accommodations

The quiet season is a superb time to enjoy all the luxuries of the resort without paying premium dollars. Experience a four-day stay for the price of three in a deluxe village home…or settle in to one of our plush Quarryman Hall king suites for half the price of the summer rates. All of our recently upgraded condos are open, as well, perfect for those looking for something comfortable and affordable.

Spa Experience

Our Afterglow Spa is the perfect place to have a bridal shower party before your big day. During the quiet season we still offer the same indulgent spa experiences—and with more flexibility in scheduling. Whether you need day-of services or pre-wedding nail treatments, we’ll help you feel pampered and prepared!
