We highly recommend that you schedule your spa services in advance. Reservations are subject to first come availability and may be made in person or over the phone. We do not offer online booking. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Please notify the spa 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation. Group reservations of four or more appointments require a 48-hour cancellation. A 50% service charge will be applied for late cancellations or no-shows.
Afterglow Spa is an adult facility. Guests 16-17 years old must be accompanied by a parent to receive our spa services. Please make childcare arrangements for any younger children before visiting the spa.
We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows you ample time to check-in, change into your robe and slippers, shower, enjoy our steam rooms, or relax in the lounge without feeling rushed. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals.
Spa robe, slippers, and personal locker will be provided for your use during your visit. You may prefer to fully disrobe for your treatment as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
Gratuities are not included with any spa service or gift card. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by all spa personnel.
In consideration of our guests enjoying their spa services and quiet time, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. Please turn off cell phones upon entering the spa reception area.
