Rehearsal Dinner Menus

At Shipwreck Beach we place the same amount of attention to detail as we do for wedding receptions. Our culinary team loves to cook at shipwreck beach’s outdoor kitchen with the best view of the harbor in all our venues, from grilling meats and seafood over open fire, roasting whole hogs over open coals, pan-searing seafood paella, and cooking S’mores in our family fire pit. Everything is prepared from scratch and cooked before your eyes in our cedar pole covered outdoor kitchen.

Shipwreck Beach offers a casual dining experience in a private location with a scenic view of the harbor and breathtaking sunsets. As guests arrive, they will be greeted by the tempting aroma of wood fire, grilled meats, and seafood filling the air as our Chef prepares tonight’s beachside barbeque. All our Shipwreck Beach rehearsal dinners end with an invitation to gather around our large fire pit, with conversation, laughter you’re a favorite beverage of course, make for a perfect ending to a
memorable evening

Fresh Hummus and Vegetable Platter VG

Creamy hummus garnished with chickpeas, pine nuts, virgin olive oil and smoky sweet paprika. Served marinated fresh mozzarella cheese, broccolini, Romanesco, fresh sweet peppers, heirloom grape tomatoes, colorful carrot sticks, cauliflower, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, Naan bread and gluten free crackers.

Kettle Fried Potato Chips with Assorted Dips VG

Freshly Fried potato chips seasoned with McMillin’s steak salt and our favorite dips served in bamboo leaf cone. Served with 3 homemade dips: french onion with caramelized onion, clam dip with local clams, and ranch with sour cream.

Pull – Apart Dungeness Crab Salad Rolls

Our blend of Dungeness, Canadian Red and Pacific Rock crab with Best Foods® mayonnaise, celery, green onion and fresh lemon. Served with a warm dozen of King’s Hawaiian® sweet rolls brushed with butter and each roll is filled with our rich crab mixture.
