Our culinary team believes that preparing food too far in advance diminishes the experience. At our buffets, your guest will experience a restaurant style kitchen experience as our team go into action, pulling roasted meats directly from our ovens and carving to order, sautéing local vegetables, griddle searing fresh seafood gourmet meats. All our menus offer many choices that allow you to create the experience that is best for your big event. Choosing the perfect menu can be a challenging task, but rest assured, our entire event team works directly with Chef Shaw and are experts in recipe knowledge, ingredients and preparations. When selecting a reception menu, we want to provide our guests with several options to choose from, which is why we have designed these menus to be progressive. As with our appetizer menus, when moving from the Castle Island menu to the Crane Island menu, your choices double, as you can order from both menus. The Waldron Island menu allows you to choose not only from the Waldron menu but from the Castle and Crane menus as well. And finally, The Afterglow Celebration Menu includes the opportunity to choose from all our reception menu choices.
With all these choices, selecting a menu that is perfect for the two of you can be daunting task as some to-be-wed couples may try to select items for individual guests with allergies or healthy lifestyle choices. Remember, this is your Big Night, and my advice is to order the items that get you excited and make your mouth water. Our events team is very knowledgeable and experienced at making quick substitutions to satisfy all your guests. We are eager to assist you in making this process a fun and stress-free experience.
