Our fall Winemaker Dinner in McMillin’s Dining Room returns for 2026. We are thrilled to partner with Lachini Vineyards from the Willamette Valley, OR, as well as welcome their eponymous Winemaker, Ron Lachini! Chef Shaw and his team have created a delectable coursed menu to pair with their wonderful biodynbiamic wines for an evening you won’t soon forget. We hope you can join us! What began three years ago as a gathering of friends has evolved and grown into an established mainstay on the event calendar at Roche Harbor Resort. The Holiday Wine tasting features a hand-picked selection of wineries, vineyards, and local distributors, each offering their finest varietals and covering a wide range of local, West Coast, and international AVAs.
Set in the Roche Harbor pavilion with a blazing fire, chef-in-action station preparing delicious small bites, and open floorplan to sip wine to your heart’s content – it’s sure to be a great time. Plus, take home a commemorative wine glass as a souvenir of the event. Come one and come all. We’ll see you there!
