Roche Harbor is a historical village on San Juan Island, Washington, and the premier boating destination in the Pacific Northwest. Located on the NW tip of San Juan Island, off the coast of Washington state, we're also the first port of entry into the US from Canada.
Having a passion for serving our guests and a commitment to create lasting memories is the most important requisite for joining our hospitality team. Experience is not required for a majority of our entry-level openings. It is essential, however, to have a personal commitment to perform to the best of your ability, function as a team player, and have the personal discipline to do what is right. Pride in your personal appearance is imperative, and we have conservative grooming and dress standards. We function as a team, and we know how to have fun together.
Our guests come to Roche Harbor for the amentities we offer, and they leave with the lasting impressions of our people and how special we made them feel throughout their time with us.
