Roche Harbor offers three distinct restaurants located on the waterfront surrounding the inner harbor, and a seasonal barista open during the summer.
Roche Harbor’s Executive Chef, Bill Shaw, has led our culinary pursuits since 1992. During this time, he’s worked with local farmers and purveyors to find the best of the islands, the Salish Sea, and Washington state. When you dine in our restaurants you’ll see the joy and passion he has for Northwest cuisine – whether it’s San Juan Island shellfish, Washington beef, hand-crafted grill sandwiches, or any number of other recipes he’s created for your dining experience.
