WINTER/OFF-SEASON 2026 RATES

Interested in moorage for fall ’25 – spring ’26?  Please complete our WINTER MOORAGE AGREEMENT form and scan/email or return to the marina office.

Through April 30, 2026
NIGHTLY
Under 55’ – $1.60 per ft.
55’ & Over – $2.15 per ft.
End Ties/Catamarans –$2.50 per ft.

POWER (for Nightly Moorage)
30 amps – complimentary
50 amps – $10.00 per night
100 amps – $50.00 per night

MONTHLY

3 Month Minimum

5 – 7 Months
Under 55′ – $11.75 per foot
55′ and over & Catamarans – $17.25 per foot
Power is metered at $0.18 per kilowatt/hour

3 – 4 Months
Under 55′ – $18 per foot
55′ and over & Catamarans – $20 per foot
Power is metered at $0.18 per kilowatt/hour

All slips include parking, garbage, water, pump-out, & use of resort facilities.

While we aim to accommodate all boaters, our annual moorage berths are currently full.
